Our 1st Beach Trip

We headed out to the beach for the first time a few weeks ago and we had the best weather!

I love this picture of Elle in the sand, she loved it!

It was so hard to get Oliver to stop playing a take a picture, so this is the best we could get.

They had so much fun and can't to go back A LOT this summer!

6 Months

Elle's 6 month pictures

I really can't believe how fast time flies by, she is actually almost seven months old already, but the doctor visits are scheduled at the end of the month so that is way these are always so late.

-Elle now sits up mostly on her own (with her boppy behind her just in case)

-She is ready to crawl, she gets up on all fours and lunges forward

-She moves all over

-She rolls both ways

-She doesn't like strangers talking or looking at her

-She is a Mama's girl but loves her Daddy too

-Sometimes will only let Daddy put her to sleep

-Still sleeps with us

-She is a very good eater (if you can't tell by her chunky arms)

-She is always happy

-She loves to play with her toys and Ollie

It makes me so sad to see how big she has gotten. She is always so happy and smiley. We love her so much and feel so blessed that she is our Baby Girl.

We signed up for this race at the beginning of the year and tried to train for it but got side tracked with the rain and cold, so we just started really running about three weeks ago. We had such a good time running in the Mud and water. We were a team of 4, Me, Bree, Brice and Monica..my camera died so i will have to post the other pictures later. None of us have done a race before, so this was a good one to start with. Although you get super muddy and dirty, it was way fun! It was a 3.8 mile race with obstacles and luckily only one hill and I think we finished in about 30 minutes..not too bad but next year we hope to be in better shape and beat that time. And Josh was so sweet to entertain the kiddos while we ran and he even got the pictures for us. I was pretty impressed with his skills of juggling 4 kids and the camera. Next year he will run with us. Thanks Babe, I am glad you were there to cheer us on!

Easter Morning

Easter Eggs

Oh yeah these pictures were taken before it got messy, shortly
after we put the camera down Josh spilt one of the bowls of dye
and while we were cleaning it up Elle grab the other bowl and
dumped it all over...kinda a messy event but we had fun!

Easter Bunny!!

We took the kiddos to see the Easter Bunny and lucky no one freaked out!

And I actually liked the picture..pretty good of both of them...such cuties!

Although the Easter Bunny looks pretty creepy Ollie wasn't scared at all.

Elle's 5 Month Pictures

I know these are a month late...exactly but i just got around to posting them.

She is getting so big...it makes me so sad that she is not a little baby anymore.

She is growing so fast and getting such a little personality.
-She loves to watch, play and laugh with Oliver
-She loves to eat anything we will give her
-She is spinning all around and moving all over when she is on her belly
-She is most always HAPPY!
-She still sucks her 1st two fingers upside down
-She loves to be outside
-Went to the Beach for the first time and loved the sand, hated the cold water
-She now weights 20lbs! Crazy!
-She still has the bluest eyes, blonde hair, and really fair skin.
People stop us all the time and comment on how beautiful she is and how pretty her eyes are...and I definitely have to agree..of coarse I am her mom:)
Elle is a total sweetie and loves to snuggle and is just the sweetest little baby.
We love her and can't get enough of her cute little personality!
